Anny’s Manufacturing Jewellers has been around for 22 Years.

What are the 4 C’s?

The four C’s are known as the Carat, Cut, Colour and Clarity of a diamond. These are the attributes that a diamond is graded on.

What type of gem stones can you work with?

We can source and supply any type of precious stone.

How much should I spend on an engagement ring?

As a general guide two months’ salary is the average, however this will naturally vary from person to person. More important is the need to gain an understanding of the quality and style your partner desires and ensuring you get the best possible ring for your investment.

Can you create me something unique for my fiancé to-be?

Yes, We have some of the best jewellers in the world and they can create anything that your heart desires. Come in and disscus your ideas with our jewellers and put them to the test.

Do you do repairs?

Yes, We can complete most repairs and restorations at our onsite workshop.

Can you do rhodium plating for my white gold rings?

Yes, We can do rhodium plating to enhance the shine of your white gold jewellery. It is done onsite in our workshop and can be completed in 2-3 hours.

Can you change watch batteries?

Yes, We can change the battery in all watches. Unfortunately we cannot complete pressure testing on dive watches.

My pearl necklace has broken! Can you help?

Yes, We can rethread pearls for you in our onsite workshop.

Can you help me with an insurance claim?

Yes, We can help you with your insurance claim.

Do you do valuations?

Yes, We can complete a valuation of your precious pieces. All valuations are completed onsite and take around 24 hours per piece.

Do you purchase gold or jewellery?

No, Unfortunately we do not buy any gold or jewellery.

How do I know your site is secure?

Our site takes precautions to help maintain the privacy and security of your information. In order to show that the checkout is secure, it shows an image of a padlock on its checkout page. Also, you are required to enter a valid e-mail address and password before any personal information can be displayed. This site encrypts the information transmitted between our server and your browser.
To help us provide the best possible service, we may collect and maintain certain information regarding, for example, the products you purchase, and your billing and delivery information. However, we protect and enforce the confidentiality of this information very strictly, and under no circumstances will we sell or rent it to other businesses or third parties. We respect your privacy and do all we can to honour the trust you place in Anny’s.

What forms of Payment do you accept?

Online: We use PayPal for our checkout. They accept all major Credit Cards, with no account required. We use PayPal to help maintain the security of your information.
In-Store: We accept all major Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Cash. We do not accept cheques.

Do you provide international shipping?

Regretfully at this point in time we do not ship to destinations outside Australia.

What happens if a product is unavailable?

On rare occasions there may be inaccurate information displayed on our website due to human or system errors. Whilst every effort is made to minimise these errors we do acknowledge that they can occur. If a product you have ordered is unavailable we will contact you and either offer to cancel the order or let you choose a substitute product.
